Step preview

  1. Fit extra fine grating disc (1) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add ricotta cheese, egg white, double cream, fresh chives, fresh basil and fresh parsley to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  7. Grate pecorino cheese into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  8. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  9. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  10. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 4
  11. Grease 4 clean ramekins
  12. Pour content of kCook bowl into 4 ramekins evenly between
  13. Clean kCook bowl
  14. Fit slow cook plug to kCook bowl
  15. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  16. Add water to the kCook bowl up to the 1 liter mark
  17. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  18. Heat with filler cap removed - 104°C
  19. Arrange ramekins in steamer tray
  20. Fit
  21. Steam - 25 min, 104°C
  22. Serve
