Step preview

  1. Fit fine grating disc (2) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Line a clean square pan with parchment paper then set aside
  4. Pre-heat oven - 160°C
  5. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  6. Add brown sugar, vegetable oil and egg to the kCook bowl
  7. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  8. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  9. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 6
  10. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  11. Grate carrot into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  12. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  13. Add orange and raisins to the kCook bowl
  14. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 6
  15. Then add all purpose flour, baking powder and ground cinnamon to the kCook bowl
  16. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 6
  17. Transfer content of kCook bowl to square pan
  18. Bake - 1 hr 5 min
  19. Let cool
  20. Clean kCook bowl
  21. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  22. Add unsalted butter to the kCook bowl
  23. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  24. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  25. Stir with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 6
  26. Then add icing sugar and cream cheese to the kCook bowl
  27. Stir with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 6
  28. Transfer content of kCook bowl to cake
  29. Spread evenly
  30. Dust with ground cinnamon
  31. Cut into squares
  32. Serve
