  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  4. Add salted butter to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  7. Slice leek and potato into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  8. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  9. Add vegetable stock to the kCook bowl
  10. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  11. Cook with filler cap fitted - 30 min, 98°C, speed 1
  12. Blend with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
  13. Then add double cream to the kCook bowl
  14. Blend with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 12
  15. Set aside until completely cool
  16. Chill in fridge
  17. Serve
