Step preview

  1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add water, red wine vinegar, stale bread and garlic clove to the kCook bowl

  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Heat with filler cap removed - 12 min, 94°C, speed 3
  6. Then add blanched almonds, blanched hazelnut, plum tomato and red pepper flakes to the kCook bowl
  7. Season
  8. Blend with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
  9. Blend with filler cap removed and continue - 2 min, speed 10
  10. Add extra virgin olive oil to the kCook bowl slowly while machine is running
  11. Serve
