Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  2. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  3. Add water and baby potato to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  6. Boil with filler cap removed - 20 min, 98°C, speed 1
  7. Drain content of kCook bowl into colander
  8. Clean kCook bowl
  9. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  10. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  11. Return potatoes to kCook bowl
  12. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  13. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
  14. Then add caster sugar, ground almonds and lemon zest to the kCook bowl
  15. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 8
  16. Roll into balls
  17. Roll in egg yolk
  18. Top with pine nuts
  19. Transfer balls to baking sheet
  20. Brush with egg white
  21. Bake - 15 min, 200°C
  22. Let cool onto cooling rack
  23. Serve
