Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 175°C
  2. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  3. Add walnuts, garlic clove, egg, liver paté and ground pork to the kCook bowl
  4. Season

  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  7. Blend with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 12
  8. Transfer content of kCook bowl to large glass bowl
  9. Add turkey breast to a clean cutting board
  10. Cut in
  11. Stuff mixture into meat
  12. Transfer meat to baking pan
  13. Pour brandy into the baking pan
  14. Season
  15. Bake - 45 min, 175°C
  16. Serve
