  1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add potato, dried porcini mushroom, milk and single cream to the kCook bowl

  5. Heat with filler cap fitted - 90°C, speed 3
  6. Cook with filler cap fitted - 30 min, 90°C, speed 3
  7. Then add unsalted butter to the kCook bowl
  8. Season
  9. Mix - 1 min, speed 12
  10. Serve
