  10. Then add dark soy sauce, mirin and tomato paste to the kCook bowl
  11. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  12. Slice onion into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  13. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  14. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 94°C, speed 3
  15. Then add water and eggplant to the kCook bowl
  16. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 94°C, speed 3
  17. Fit coarse grating disc (3) to direct prep attachment
  18. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  19. Grate carrot and zucchini into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  20. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  21. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 80°C, speed 6
  22. Then add soba noodles to the kCook bowl
  23. Stir with filler cap removed - 45 sec, speed 3
  24. Serve
