Step preview

  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Add olive oil, mixed spice and salmon filet to a clean small bowl
  4. Season
  5. Stir until combined
  6. Cover with plastic wrap
  7. Chill in fridge
  8. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl

  10. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  11. Slice red cabbage and green onion into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  12. Fit coarse grating disc (3) to direct prep attachment
  13. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  14. Grate carrot into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  15. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  16. Add cilantro, lime and white wine vinegar to the kCook bowl
  17. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  18. Stir with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 5
  19. Transfer content of kCook bowl to large mixing bowl then set aside
  20. Add greek yogurt and lime to a clean medium bowl
  21. Stir until combined then set aside
  22. Clean kCook bowl
  23. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  24. Add olive oil to the kCook bowl
  25. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  26. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  27. Heat with filler cap removed - 120°C, speed 3
  28. Transfer fish to kCook bowl
  29. Cook with filler cap removed - 4 min, 120°C, speed 2
  30. Stir with filler cap removed - 15 sec, 75°C, speed 6
  31. Add flour tortilla to a clean serving plate
  32. Warm in microwave - approx 30 sec, high heat
  33. Divide content of kCook bowl between tortillas
  34. Divide content of large mixing bowl between tortillas
  35. Drizzle tortillas with dressing
  36. Season
  37. Serve
