Step preview

  1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add brown sugar, unsalted butter, caster sugar, all purpose flour and crunchy peanut butter to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Blend with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 12
  6. Then add chocolate chips to the kCook bowl
  7. Blend with filler cap fitted - 10 sec, speed 12
  8. Transfer content of kCook bowl to work surface
  9. Roll into a log
  10. Wrap with plastic wrap
  11. Chill in fridge - approx 1 hr
  12. Pre-heat oven - 160°C
  13. Slice into 1/3" slices
  14. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  15. Transfer dough to baking sheet
  16. Bake - 15 min, 160°C
  17. Let cool on round wire rack
  18. Serve
