- 5 tablespoons

- 375 g

- 1 teaspoon

- 1 tablespoon

- ½ tablespoon

Step preview
- Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
- Add unsalted butter, brown sugar and honey to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
- Mix with filler cap fitted - 8 min, 80°C, speed 3
- Then add all purpose flour, baking powder, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, nutmeg and egg to the kCook bowl
- Mix with filler cap fitted - 3 min 30 sec, speed 5
- Roll into a ball
- Wrap with plastic wrap
- Chill in fridge - approx 20 min
- Pre-heat oven - 180°C
- Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
- Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
- Roll out until 1 cm thick
- Cut out into rounds
- Bake - 12 min, 180°C
- Let cool onto cooling rack
- Serve
