Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 160°C
  2. Line a clean cupcake pan
  3. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  4. Add unsalted butter and caster sugar to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Mix with filler cap removed - 2 min, speed 6
  8. Mix with filler cap removed and continue - 1 min, speed 5
  9. Add egg to the kCook bowl slowly while machine is running
  10. Add vanilla extract to the kCook bowl
  11. Mix with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 6
  12. Then add all purpose flour, baking powder and salt to the kCook bowl
  13. Mix with filler cap removed - 2 min, speed 4
  14. Spoon content of kCook bowl into cupcake pan evenly
  15. Bake until skewer tests clean - 10 min, 160°C
  16. Let cool and continue
  17. Clean kCook bowl
  18. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  19. Add unsalted butter and icing sugar to the kCook bowl
  20. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  21. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  22. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 6
  23. Then add orange extract and orange food coloring to the kCook bowl
  24. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 6
  25. Then add milk to the kCook bowl
  26. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 5
  27. Spread
  28. Decorate with orange sprinkles
  29. Decorate with dark chocolate
  30. Serve
