Step preview

  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  6. Slice apple into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  7. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  8. Add lemon juice and caster sugar to the kCook bowl
  9. Wait - 10 min
  10. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  11. Cook with filler cap removed - 25 min, 104°C, speed 2
  12. Then add ground cinnamon to the kCook bowl
  13. Blend with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
  14. Transfer content of kCook bowl to 2 jars
  15. Let cool in fridge
  16. Serve
