Pre-heat oven - 150°C
Line a clean round pan with parchment paper
Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
Add honey, golden caster sugar and marsala to the kCook bowl
Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
Attach lid to kCook bowl
Cook with filler cap removed - 4 min, 94°C, speed 3
Then add hazelnuts, pistachios, candied citrus peel, dates, dried apricots, all purpose flour, ground cinnamon, ground ginger and ground cardamom to the kCook bowl
