Step preview

  1. Fit coarse grating disc (3) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add salt and water to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Heat with filler cap removed - 104°C
  8. Add garlic clove to a clean large mixing bowl
  9. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  10. Grate shallot and zucchini into the large mixing bowl with direct prep attachment
  11. Transfer vegetables to steamer tray to bottom tray
  12. Fit
  13. Steam - 18 min, 104°C, speed 1
  14. Transfer content of steamer tray to large mixing bowl then set aside
  15. Empty content of kCook bowl into sink
  16. Clean kCook bowl
  17. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  18. Add egg to the kCook bowl
  19. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  20. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  21. Mix with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 7
  22. Then add black pepper, nutmeg, clotted cream and fresh chives to the kCook bowl
  23. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  24. Grate cheddar cheese into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  25. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  26. Mix with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 7
  27. Transfer content of large mixing bowl to kCook bowl
  28. Mix with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 6
  29. Grease a clean loaf pan
  30. Spoon content of kCook bowl into loaf pan
  31. Bake - 35 min, 180°C
  32. Let cool onto cooling rack
  33. Turn out
  34. Serve
