This is a delicious ragu, you could swap the pancetta for diced mushroom to make this dish vegetarian.

Step preview

  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add olive oil to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Heat with filler cap removed - 140°C, speed 3
  8. Then add pancetta to the kCook bowl
  9. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  10. Slice red onion into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  11. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  12. Add garlic clove, chili flakes, fennel seeds and fresh rosemary to the kCook bowl
  13. Cook with filler cap removed - 10 min, 120°C, speed 3
  14. Then add red wine to the kCook bowl
  15. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 120°C, speed 3
  16. Then add canned cherry tomatoes and tinned green lentils to the kCook bowl
  17. Cook with filler cap removed - 30 min, 98°C, speed 3
  18. Add tagliatelle to a clean serving plate
  19. Spoon content of kCook bowl into serving plate
  20. Serve
  21. Garnish with fresh basil
