A light and creamy strawberry Panna Cotta which is set in a heart-shaped silicone mold to be served as a dessert for Valentine's day. This recipe will make four approximately 7 cm sized desserts, however servings will vary depending on the mold you choose. Serve decorated with freeze-dried strawberry crumb and white chocolate hearts.

Step preview

  1. Add water and silver leaf gelatin sheet to a clean small bowl
  2. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  3. Add strawberries and caster sugar to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  6. Heat with filler cap fitted - 4 min 30 sec, 94°C, speed 2
  7. Blend with filler cap fitted and let cool - 1 min, speed 12
  8. Strain content of kCook bowl into medium bowl then set aside
  9. Clean kCook bowl
  10. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  11. Add double cream, vanilla extract, caster sugar and lemon juice to the kCook bowl
  12. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  13. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  14. Heat with filler cap removed - 3 min 30 sec, 85°C, speed 2
  15. Transfer content of medium bowl to kCook bowl
  16. Stir with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 6
  17. Drain small bowl
  18. Transfer content of small bowl to kCook bowl
  19. Stir with filler cap fitted until dissolved - 1 min 30 sec, speed 5
  20. Grease a clean silicone mold
  21. Transfer content of kCook bowl to silicone mold
  22. Chill overnight in fridge
  23. Remove
  24. Place content of silicone mold on serving plate
  25. Decorate
  26. Serve
