Profiteroles are made from choux pastry, which is a light pastry dough. Filled with Chantilly cream and dipped in or drizzled with melted chocolate, these make a delicious dessert. Try one of our many different Chantilly cream recipes to fill your profiteroles. Make the cream first and leave in the fridge while you make your pastry.
