  2. Add caster sugar and pectin to the kCook bowl

  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Stir with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 5
  6. Then add kiwi and apple to the kCook bowl
  7. Cook with filler cap removed - 15 min, 80°C, speed 3
  8. Cook with filler cap removed - 1 hr, 104°C, speed 2
  9. Then add lemon juice to the kCook bowl
  10. Stir with filler cap removed - 2 min, 104°C, speed 2
  11. Stir with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 6
  12. Transfer content of kCook bowl to 2 jars carefully and cover
  13. Let cool
  14. Serve
