  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add olive oil to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Heat with filler cap removed - 140°C, speed 3
  8. Then add garlic clove, button mushroom, smoked lardons and fresh thyme to the kCook bowl
  9. Cook with filler cap removed - 10 min, 120°C, speed 3
  10. Transfer content of kCook bowl to medium bowl then set aside
  11. Clean kCook bowl
  12. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  13. Add unsalted butter to the kCook bowl
  14. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  15. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  16. Heat with filler cap removed - 1 min, 80°C, speed 3
  17. Then add all purpose flour to the kCook bowl
  18. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 110°C, speed 6
  19. Then add milk to the kCook bowl
  20. Cook with filler cap fitted - 15 min, 98°C, speed 6
  21. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  22. Grate emmental cheese and mozzarella cheese into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  23. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  24. Add macaroni to the kCook bowl
  25. Return content of medium bowl to kCook bowl
  26. Season
  27. Mix with filler cap removed - 1 min 30 sec, speed 5
  28. Pre-heat oven - 190°C
  29. Transfer content of kCook bowl to ceramic baking dish
  30. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese
  31. Bake until golden brown - 10 min, 190°C
  32. Serve
