  1. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add water to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Heat with filler cap removed - 104°C, speed 1
  6. Add salmon filet to the steamer tray to top shelf
  7. Fit
  8. Steam - 20 min, 104°C
  9. Remove then set aside
  10. Empty content of kCook bowl into sink
  11. Clean kCook bowl
  12. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  13. Add whipping cream to the kCook bowl
  14. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  15. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  16. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 4 min, speed 7
  17. Transfer content of kCook bowl to medium bowl then set aside
  18. Clean kCook bowl
  19. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  20. Add cream cheese and lemon juice to the kCook bowl
  21. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  22. Transfer content of steamer tray to kCook bowl
  23. Season to taste
  24. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  25. Blend with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 6
  26. Fold content of kCook bowl into medium bowl gently
  27. Chill in fridge until needed
  28. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  29. Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper then set aside
  30. Place puff pastry on a clean lightly floured surface
  31. Roll out until 1/8" (5mm) thick
  32. Cut out into rounds until 5cm round
  33. Cut in an indentation
  34. Transfer pastry to baking tray
  35. Bake - 12 min, 200°C
  36. Remove from oven and let cool
  37. Let cool completely
  38. Remove carefully
  39. Transfer content of medium bowl to piping bag
  40. Pipe mixture onto pastry
  41. Garnish with dill
  42. Serve pastry
