Step preview

  1. Add orange, water, honey, balsamic vinegar and garlic clove to a clean large glass bowl
  2. Mix until combined
  3. Add duck breast to the large glass bowl
  4. Cover with plastic wrap
  5. Marinate in fridge - approx 2 hr
  6. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  7. Transfer meat to kCook bowl skin side down
  8. Fit slow cook plug to kCook bowl
  9. Add orange to the kCook bowl
  10. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  11. Cook with filler cap fitted - 20 min, 120°C
  12. Then season with salt and black pepper
  13. Serve
