Step preview

  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add water to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Heat with filler cap removed - 104°C, speed 1
  8. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  9. Slice potato and onion into the steamer tray with direct prep attachment
  10. Add smoked bacon and garlic to the steamer tray
  11. Steam - 30 min, 104°C, speed 1
  12. Transfer content of steamer tray to ceramic baking dish then set aside
  13. Empty content of kCook bowl into sink
  14. Clean kCook bowl
  15. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  16. Add chicken stock, double cream, salt & pepper, dried thyme and camembert to the kCook bowl
  17. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  18. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  19. Cook with filler cap fitted - 5 min, 90°C, speed 6
  20. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  21. Transfer content of kCook bowl to ceramic baking dish
  22. Add camembert to the ceramic baking dish into the center
  23. Bake - 20 min, 200°C
  24. Grill in broiler - 5 min
  25. Serve
