Step preview

  1. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add cocoa powder, butter, caster sugar, red wine and salt to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Cook with filler cap removed - 8 min, 90°C, speed 1
  6. Mix with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 7
  7. Let cool
  8. Pre-heat oven - 160°C
  9. Line a clean round pan with parchment paper then set aside
  10. Pour one third of the sauce into a jug, set aside
  11. Add egg to the kCook bowl one by one while machine is running
  12. Mix with filler cap removed - 2 min 30 sec, speed 7
  13. Then add all purpose flour, dark chocolate and baking powder to the kCook bowl
  14. Mix with filler cap removed - 2 min, speed 6
  15. Transfer content of kCook bowl to round pan
  16. Spread until level
  17. Bake - 30 min, 160°C
  18. Let cool
  19. Turn out cake onto serving plate
  20. Prick slightly
  21. Pour the reserved sauce from the jug over the cake
  22. Serve
