Step preview

  1. Attach Spiral Dough Tool
  2. Add olive oil, water, quick-rise yeast, all purpose flour and salt to the Kenwood Bowl
  3. Mix - 10 min, Speed 1
  4. Cover with kitchen towel
  5. Prove - 40 min
  6. Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured work surface
  7. Divide the dough into 2 equal pieces
  8. Gently pull the edges into the centre
  9. Roll the dough over and roll into a ball shape
  10. Repeat this action with the other dough piece
  11. Cover with kitchen towel
  12. Let rest with kitchen towel - 10 min
  13. Pre-heat oven - 250°C
  14. Sprinkle semolina on a baking sheet
  15. Take one of the dough balls, and place upside down on the lightly floured work surface
  16. Flatten the dough carefully with your wrist
  17. Roll out the dough into a large circle, about 5 mm thick
  18. Place the dough onto the baking sheet
  19. Garnish your pizza as desired
  20. Repeat the same process with the other dough ball
  21. Bake - 10 min, 250°C
  22. Serve
